Super 8 Studio offers two styles of exercise, mat Pilates and reformer. Each workout is 45 minutes and is tailored to each individual, complete with a stretch at the end.

About the instructor
Maya is an exercise veteran, beginning with basketball through her youth, she eventually moved into fitness after jumping into the modeling world and needing to remain consistent and healthy in a world where it’s not always supported. Now years later she has started Super8 in the hopes of sharing knowledge and support for those how are beginners and beyond.
She has certifications in classical Pilates, Lagree, as well as pre and post natal, and always maintains a valid CPR certification. A strong focus is made on safety and longevity of exercise, so the client can find a modality they love and stick with it, while building to their goals with every session. It should be challenging, rewarding, and most of all fun!
