Super 8 Studio offers two styles of exercise, mat Pilates and reformer. Each workout is 45 minutes and is tailored to each individual, complete with a stretch at the end.

About the instructor

Maya is a lover of all things active, entertained and engaged by almost all modalities, and a true believer that once you find what you love, movement can change a life. Having struggled with mental health and postpartum depression and a long part of her life being a model in Los Angeles, finding movement and teaching has brought so much joy and stability into her life and helped pave the way for a career where community and health are top priorities. Focus on what works for each individual mentally and physically and building together towards a common goal.
